Is a Silk Press safe for my natural curls?
Yes, if done correctly. We use a "Safe Heat" protocol that includes deep hydration and high-quality heat protectants. We never take shortcuts with temperature, ensuring your curl pattern returns after your next wash.
Do you work with children's hair?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on gentle handling and patience. We want every child to have a positive relationship with their hair from day one. Please book under "Children's Services" so we can allocate extra time.
How do I combat Warsaw’s hard water at home?
Use a chelating wash every 4 weeks to remove mineral buildup. We also recommend a final rinse with filtered or bottled water. We’ll give you a full home-care "prescription" after your visit.
Why do you require a Diagnostic Profile?
Because "dry hair" is a symptom, not a diagnosis. We look at your porosity, scalp health, and mineral levels before we pick a product. This ensures you get a solution that works for *your* hair.
